Our AI Photobooth takes it a step further by using generative AI models to transform guests into customized avatars, fantasy characters, or brand-specific artistic styles in real time before printing.

Do your photobooth packages come with unlimited prints?

Yes. All our photobooth rentals (both Classic and AI) include unlimited high-speed thermal dye-sublimation prints. Every guest in the photo session gets a physical print to take home.

How fast is the photo printing process?

Our printers are high-speed dye-sublimation units, so prints are ready about 8 to 12 seconds after each capture. For the AI Photobooth, AI generation takes about 30 seconds per guest, after which the print itself is ready in seconds — guests simply watch the screen while their artwork renders.

Can we customize the photo strip layout, backdrop, and branding?

Absolutely. Every package includes complimentary custom graphic design for your photo strips or 4R prints (adding your wedding monogram, company logos, and event theme). We also offer a selection of curated backdrops and custom-branded backdrop options.

Do guests receive instant digital copies?

Yes. Every session generates an instant QR code on-screen for guests to download their photos, GIF boomerangs, or AI artwork straight to their smartphones. The event host also receives a master link to the complete digital gallery post-event.

What print sizes and formats do you offer?

You can choose between classic 2 x 6 inch photo strips (three photos per strip) or 4R prints (4 x 6 inches, portrait or landscape). All prints come from a HiTi P525L dye-sublimation printer — dry to the touch instantly, smudge-proof and made to last. Print layouts are custom-designed with your event name, monogram or company logo at no extra charge.

How does the AI Photobooth work and how long does it take per guest?

Guests pose in front of our studio setup — a Canon EOS R100 camera with professional Godox studio lighting — and pick a theme. Our AI engine transforms the photo while keeping each guest's face and identity exactly as captured: no beautification, no altered features. AI generation takes about 30 seconds per guest, and the finished print is ready shortly after.

Can AI themes be customised for our event or individual guests?

Yes. Besides our ready-made themes (Fashion Editorial, Footballer, F1 Driver, Retro, Cyberpunk and more), we can build custom themes around your event — company branding, product launches, wedding themes. Guests can even personalise details like their chosen country, team and jersey number, which appears directly in their AI artwork.

What is the Audio/Video Guestbook and how does it work?

Our Audio and Video Guestbook allows guests to leave candid, heartfelt voice messages or video greetings during your celebration. After the event, all audio and video recordings are compiled into a digital keepsake archive for the host.

When do we receive our guestbook recordings after the event?

We compile every message into a private, shareable digital archive and send you the link within a few days of your event — no USB swapping or manual collection needed. Video guest books include both faces and voices, which makes them especially popular for weddings and milestone birthdays.

What is included in the live Popcorn and Candy Floss machine rental?

Our live food stations include commercial-grade machines, all fresh raw ingredients and consumables (popcorn kernels, sweet/caramel sugar, paper bags, and sticks), and a dedicated on-site operator to prepare and serve unlimited warm popcorn and freshly spun cotton candy to your guests.

Are your popcorn and candy floss ingredients halal-certified?

Yes, all popcorn kernels, sugars, and ingredients used for our live food stations are halal-certified and vegetarian-friendly.

How many guests can one popcorn or candy floss station serve?

Each live station is manned by a dedicated operator and serves guests continuously for the full rental duration — popcorn and candy floss are made fresh on the spot, with free flow refills of kernels, sugar, bags and sticks included. For very large events we recommend adding a second station so queues stay short.

How much space and power do the food machines need?

Each machine sits on a compact cart-sized footprint (roughly one square metre) and plugs into a standard 230V 13A power outlet — the same as a household socket. We bring the table, signage and all consumables; you just provide the corner.

What popcorn and candy floss flavours are available?

Popcorn is popped fresh in butter-salted and caramel varieties, and candy floss is spun fresh on demand. Tell us your event theme and we will match the serving style and presentation to it.

Can we bundle the photobooth with popcorn, candy floss, and a guestbook?

Yes. We offer bundled multi-service packages that combine our photobooths with food carts and guestbook services at discounted package rates, giving you a one-stop event entertainment solution.

What are the venue and power requirements for your setup?

We require a flat, sheltered indoor space (or sheltered outdoor marquee) with access to standard Singapore 230V 13A power outlets within 5–10 metres. Setup and sound testing take 45–60 minutes prior to event commencement.

Do you provide an on-site attendant for the photobooth?

Yes, every rental is fully manned by at least one friendly, professional on-site booth attendant who assists guests, manages flow, and ensures seamless operation throughout the rental period.

How far in advance should we book?

Weekend slots and the year-end Dinner & Dance season book out early, so we recommend securing your date 4 to 8 weeks ahead. That said, we regularly accommodate last-minute bookings whenever the slot is still open — WhatsApp +65 9644 2814 to check availability.

How does payment work — deposit, invoice, GeBIZ?

We confirm your slot with a deposit and collect the balance before the event. We accept bank transfer and PayNow. AI Booth SG is a Pte. Ltd. registered company, so corporate clients receive official invoices for accounting, and we are happy to quote for company D&Ds, annual galas, roadshows and procurement workflows — just ask when requesting your quote.

Are there any hidden surcharges — CBD venues or peak dates?

No. Our quoted price is the price you pay — we do not charge extra for CBD venues, peak seasons or weekend dates. Delivery, setup and teardown are included in every package.

Do you deliver and set up anywhere in Singapore?

Yes — we cover the whole of Singapore: hotels and ballrooms, condominium function rooms, HDB void decks, offices, marquees and outdoor venues. Setup, testing and tear-down are included, and our team arrives 45 to 60 minutes before your event starts.

Can we extend the rental duration on the day itself?

Usually yes, subject to attendant and equipment availability — extensions are charged per additional hour and can be arranged on the spot with our attendant. If you already know you may run long, the Premier 3-hour package is the better-value option.
